Management Team

Advantage Reimbursement employs the largest team of expert home infusion billers, collectors, and specialists in the industry. The group is divided into teams, each responsible for the billing and collections of specific clients and including a team dedicated to cash application, denial tracking resolution and secondary billing. Our staff includes experts on specific payers (Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross, etc.) and all staff is well acquainted with the exact needs of our clients. Teams have monthly cash collection goals and audits are conducted on a regular basis. A structured bonus system is based on results compared to goals and audits.

Jeanne Lugli, VP/General Manager
Jeanne developed Advantage Reimbursement from the ground up. With more than 25 years in the home infusion and RT/DME reimbursement industry, Jeanne offers a wealth of experience and knowledge to Advantage Reimbursement’s clients. Jeanne is a member of the National Home Infusion Association’s Payer Relations Committee and has been a speaker at the NHIA’s annual conference and a contributor to Infusion magazine. Jeanne has a B.S. degree in Business Management.

Brenda Langlais, Manager
Brenda has 21 years experience in Healthcare Receivable’s Management, twelve of which she was the Director of Reimbursement Management for a national pharmaceutical and service provider. Her expertise is in facilitating system development projects to improve receivables and customer needs. Brenda has been with Advantage Reimbursement for two years.

Jacqui DeFranzo, Manager
Jacqui developed and manages Advantage Reimbursement’s collection project team, bringing her 11 years of experience in billing and reimbursement to special collections efforts. Jacqui is one of Advantage Reimbursement’s resident experts on commercial and government payers.

Kathy Laorenza, Manager
Kathy has worked in home infusion reimbursement for more than 15 years, 12 of which have been with Advantage Reimbursement. Kathy has expertise with all commercial and government payers and has a high-level knowledge of software implementations.

Joanie Zavala, Customer Relations Manager
Joanie has worked in customer service for more than 30 years and in home infusion for more than seven. Joanie’s experience includes 10 years as a managed care advisor in a large community hospital. Joanie has a B.S. in Business Administration.
